Venison Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 deer ham
    1 deer shoulder
    6 onions, chopped
    1 bag carrots, chopped
    3 lb. potatoes, chopped
    3 bell peppers, chopped
    2 c. oil
    1 c. vinegar
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Put
    the
    deer\tham
    and shoulder into a large dishpan. Cover with
    the
    chopped vegetables.
    Pour the vinegar, water and
    oil over all.
    Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
    Cover the
    entire pan with aluminum foil; tightly seal the edges and cook
    at
    250\u00b0 for about 6 to 8 hours.
    Or set entire pan on a grill
    or smoker overnight.\tYou will not even need a knife to serve.
