Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. salad oil
    3 c. unpeeled grated zucchini
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3 c. plain flour (do not sift)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and bake in prepared loaf pans for 1 hour at 325\u00b0 until lightly brown and tested done.
    Makes 2 loaves.
