Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes manicotti shells
    3 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    24 oz. cottage cheese
    2 eggs
    2 jars Prego sauce
    2 1/2 lb. ground beef
Preparation
    Stuff shells with mixture of 3 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese, 2 cups Ricotta or cottage cheese, 1 tablespoon parsley flakes, 2 eggs and 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt.
    Cover bottom of baking dish with thin layer of spaghetti sauce (2 1/2 pounds ground beef and 2 jars Prego sauce).
    Place stuffed shells in the dish and cover with remaining sauce.
    Bake, covered, at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Uncover and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese; bake 10 minutes longer.
