Hamburger And Macaroni Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. elbow macaroni
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/3 c. granulated sugar
Preparation
    Make a day ahead of time.
    Brown ground beef and onion.
    Cook macaroni until tender.
    Add tomatoes to ground beef.
    (Tomatoes should be chopped into smaller pieces.)
    Add tomato sauce and sugar.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Drain macaroni and add to meat/tomato mixture.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Pour or spoon into an 8-inch square casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
