Simply Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large white potatoes (1/2-inch blocks)
    1 small onion, chopped
    3 eggs, hard-boiled and sliced
    1/2 to 1 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    3 Tbsp. relish
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until done, but still firm.
    Boil eggs.
    After cooled, peel potatoes and eggs.
    In medium mixing bowl, add all ingredients; mix well.
    Refrigerate and let cool until ready to serve.
    Makes approximately 4 servings.
