Crumb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white sugar
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2/3 c. shortening
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients like a pie crust.
    Take out one cup and set aside.
    Add to remaining ingredients the next 3 ingredients.
    Spread in square cake pan; spread cup of crumbs on top.
    Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
