Shrimp-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain and wild rice mix
    3 c. cooked and peeled shrimp
    1 (16 oz.) French-style green beans, drained
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup, undiluted
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1 (4 oz.) jar pimento, drained
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Prepare the rice mix according to package directions.
    Combine rice and all other ingredients.
    Spoon into lightly greased 2 1/2-quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly.
    Yield:
    6 servings.
