Angel Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. boiling water
3/4 c. sugar
4 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 egg whites
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla or almond extract
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Boil the first 3 ingredients until transparent, then cool. Mix the egg whites, sugar, vanilla or almond extract and salt. Beat until very stiff.
Add mixtures together. Beat both together with a mixer until very stiff.
Pour into a graham cracker crust.
