Microwave Shish Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sirloin steak
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    2/3 c. salad oil
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. m.s.g.
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    2 dashes gake (white wine)
    3 medium onions
    3 green peppers
    1 box cherry tomatoes
    1/2 lb. mushrooms
Preparation
    Cut steak into cubes.
    Mix ingredients for marinade (next 7 ingredients).
    Pour over meat and let stand 1 to 2 hours.
    Cut onions and green peppers into pieces.
    On bamboo skewers, thread tomatoes, onions, green peppers, mushrooms and meat, alternating. Cook 3 minutes for each 6 skewers.
    Turn skewers 1/2 way through cooking and baste with sauce.
    Don't overcook.
