Vegetable Sandwich Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 carrots, chopped
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    1 cucumber, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine carrots, green pepper, cucumber, celery and onion in bowl.
    Mix well.
    Stir in cream cheese.
    Add enough mayonnaise to make of spreading consistency.
    Stir in salt.
    Add dash of horseradish, if desired.
