One Crust Cherry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    unbaked 9-inch pie crust
    1 can cherry pie filling
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. grated orange peel
    3 eggs
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
    3/4 c. dairy sour cream (regular or light)
Preparation
    In bowl, mix pie filling, lemon juice and orange rind.
    Spoon over pie crust.
    Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla and almond flavoring until thick (about 5 minutes).
    Stir in sour cream. Pour over cherries.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
    Serve chilled.
