Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. hamburger
    1/4 c. Tender Quick salt
    2 tsp. hickory liquid smoke
    2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Refrigerate in covered bowl for 3 days.
    Form into rolls and place on rack and drip pan.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 10 hours.
    Makes five 1 pound rolls.
