German Apple Cake - cooking recipe

2 eggs
3/4 C. oil
2 C. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 C. self rising flour
4 C. chopped apples
1 C. chopped walnuts
1 C. raisins
2 C. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. cocoa
1 C. margarine
2 eggs
2 C. sugar
8 oz. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 C. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Pour 1/2 batter into greased and floured bundt pan. Mix 2 teaspoons cinnamon, 4 tablespoons brown sugar, 1/2 cup chopped nuts together and sprinkle on top of batter. Pour rest of batter over this.
Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour. Test for doneness. Cool 15 minutes. Mix some powdered sugar, cinnamon and 1/2 teaspoon margarine in pan, melt, and pour on top of cake as glaze.
