Blueberry Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. soft butter
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
    1 pkg. blueberry muffin mix
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Mix butter, sugar and coconut.
    Set aside.
    Prepare blueberry mix as directed on package.
    Fold in well-drained pineapple.
    Pour into 9-inch square pan.
    Spoon coconut mixture over batter.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Serve warm.
