Mexican Bean Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can vegetarian red beans
    1 medium onion
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. picante sauce
    1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1 bag corn tortilla chips
    1 bell pepper
    3 tsp. taco seasoning
    1 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    In medium saucepan, heat oil.
    Saute bell pepper and onion for 2 minutes.
    Lower heat and add paprika and taco seasoning.
    Stir well.
    Add can of beans and mash with potato masher.
    Add 1/3 cup water.
    Cover and simmer for 8 minutes on low heat.
    Add picante sauce and serve in shallow round bowl.
    Top with both cheeses and heat in microwave for 3 minutes.
    Top with sour cream and serve with chips.
