Pumpkin Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick soft butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. molasses
1 c. cooked pumpkin, mashed
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. allspice
Preparation

Combine butter, brown sugar and molasses and beat until creamy.
Add pumpkin and egg.
Mix flour and seasonings together. Add dry mixture to pumpkin mixture and beat until smooth.
Grease muffin pans or use muffin cups.
Fill 2/3 full.
Bake at 400\u00b0 approximately 15 minutes or until toothpick is clean.
