Beef Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1-1/2 lbs. Round Stew Beef
4 large Potatoes
8 large Carrots
1 small Turnip
1 lb. Fresh Wax Beans
1/2 large Onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash
3/4 gal. Water
1 tsp. Salt (or to taste)
Preparation

In a large dutch over or stainless steel pan, brown Beef until browned on all sides.
Then pour Water over meat.
Add Onions, Mrs. Dash and Salt.
Cook on medium heat for one half hour.
Cut all vegies to bite size and add to above ingredients.
Cook one more hour on low.
