Chicken Almondine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cut up chicken or 4 to 5 chicken breasts
    1/2 c. cooking sherry
    1/4 c. slivered almonds
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/3 stick margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown chicken in pan over medium/high until lightly browned. Remove to baking dish.
    Add almonds to pan and brown.
    Add soup and sherry to pan and stir.
    Pour over chicken and bake at 325 \u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Do not cover.
    Good over bed of rice.
