Black Bottom Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate bits
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    1/3 c. Wesson oil
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream together the first 4 ingredients.
    Add chocolate bits and nuts; set aside.
    Add flour, sugar, cocoa, soda and salt to water, oil, vinegar and vanilla; mix well.
    Put paper baking cups in medium size muffin pans.
    Fill 1/3 full of chocolate batter. Drop spoonfuls of cream cheese mixture on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
