Pork Stir-Fry With Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. reduced sodium soy sauce
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 Tbsp. orange juice
1 lb. lean boneless pork, cut in 1/4-inch thick slices
1/2 c. water chestnuts, sliced
1 Tbsp. oil
1/2 c. sliced carrots
1/2 c. broccoli, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. green onion, chopped
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 c. mushrooms, sliced
1 c. bean sprouts
Preparation

Mix soy sauce, cornstarch, ginger and orange juice for marinade.
Toss with pork and set aside while you prepare the vegetables.
When all ingredients are assembled beside wok or skillet, drain the pork, reserving marinade.
