Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large chicken breasts, broiled and picked off bone
    1 large carton sour cream
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    4 packs Ritz crackers
    2 sticks margarine
Preparation
    Melt 1 stick margarine; pour into 9 x 12-inch baking dish. Crumble 2 packs Ritz crackers into bottom of dish; place chicken evenly into dish.
    Mix soup and sour cream; pour over chicken. Crumble remaining 2 packs Ritz crackers over mixture.
    Sprinkle 2nd stick margarine (melted) over crackers.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
