Skillet Beef And Mac - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. lean ground beef (85% lean)
    1 small onion, chopped (about 1/4 c.)
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning or dried oregano leaves, crushed
    1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed tomato soup
    1/4 c. water
    1 c. frozen whole kernel corn
    3 c. cooked corkscrew macaroni (about 2 1/2 c. uncooked) cooked without salt
    1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
    Sliced tomato for garnish (optional)
    Fresh oregano for garnish (optional)
Preparation
    In medium skillet over medium high heat, cook beef, onion and Italian seasoning until beef is browned, stirring to separate meat. Pour off fat. Add soup, water and corn. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 5 minutes or until corn is tender. Add macaroni and heat through. Sprinkle with cheese. Garnish with tomatoes and fresh oregano.
