Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. canola oil
1/4 c. eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. grated carrots
1 c. flour
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 c. water
Preparation

Place sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla in mixing bowl.
Beat with wire whip until well mixed.
Stir in pineapple and carrots.
