Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. salmon, drained (per serving)
    1 slice bread, finely crumbled
    1/4 c. tomato juice
    1 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 Tbsp. dehydrated onions
    1 Tbsp. celery, chopped
Preparation
    Stir together all ingredients.
    Makes 3 patties or 1 serving. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
