Lemon Sunshine Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
2 egg yolks
1/3 c. lemon juice (may use bottled lemon juice)
1 (9-inch) pie shell or graham cracker crust
Preparation

Stir all the ingredients together and let stand about 5 minutes.
Pour into a 9-inch graham cracker crust or a baked pie shell.
(Bake pie shell before adding lemon filling.)
Top with Cool Whip.
