Chalupa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    3 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 can tomato soup
    salt to taste
    2 Tbsp. oil or margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. water
    1 1/2 c. half and half
    12 flour tortillas
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Saute half of onion until soft.
    Add meat and cook until brown.
    Add flour and chili powder.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Add water. Cook until thick.
    Mix soup, cream, rest of onion and cheese together; set aside.
