Fudge Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
pinch of salt
1/3 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix first 4 ingredients until smooth.
Add milk and boil. Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla.
