Roadside Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. half and half
    1 stick margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
Preparation
    Heat cream with margarine.
    Add salt.
    Place potatoes in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Pour cream mixture over the top.
    Sprinkle on Parmesan cheese.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
