Tamale Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 onion, finely chopped
1 green pepper, chopped fine
1 clove garlic
1/2 c. chopped olives
1 small can vegeburger
chili powder
2 c. cooked tomatoes
1/2 c. cornmeal
Preparation

Saute onion, green pepper and clove of garlic.
Saute vegeburger in separate pan until light brown.
Mix all together and add chili powder as desired.
Add tomatoes and cornmeal, still cooking over low heat.
Add olives. Put into buttered casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Uncover for the last 15 minutes.
