Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (6 oz.) cans tomato juice
    2 large zucchini
    2 cubes vegetable bouillon
    salt and pepper
    1 pkg. frozen French green beans
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    4 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 cloves garlic
Preparation
    Make crisscross, deep vertical cuts in zucchini and slice in thick 1/4-inch slices which will yield quarters.
