Crock-Pot Chicken And Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 envelope chicken gravy mix
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth
1 lb. chicken, cut into pieces
1 bag frozen stew vegetables, thawed
1 small can mushrooms, drained
1 c. frozen peas, thawed
1/2 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. Bisquick
2 c. milk
Preparation

Mix gravy and broth in crockpot until smooth.
Stir in chicken, vegetables and mushrooms.
Cover and cook on low 4 hours. Stir in peas; mix sour cream and flour.
Stir into chicken. Cover and cook on high 20 minutes.
Mix Bisquick and milk until just moistened.
Drop spoonfuls onto chicken mixture.
Cover and cook on high 45 to 50 minutes until dumplings are done.
Makes 4 servings.
