Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. dried bread crumbs
1/3 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1 tsp. parsley
1/8 tsp. salt and pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. shortening (cooking oil)
1 (12 oz.) chili sauce
1 (10 oz.) jar grape jelly
Preparation

Mix together ground beef, bread crumbs, onions, milk, egg, parsley, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and shortening.
Form into small balls.
Place on broiler rack and broil for 8 minutes.
