Two-Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
3/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 eggs beaten
1 - 17 oz. can whole corn, undrained
1 - 8.5 oz. pkg. corn muffin mix, dry
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
-
Saute first three ingredients.
Place in 2 qt. casserole dish. Add next 3 ingredients.
Blend until mixed.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake 45-55 minutes at 350 degrees.
