Hot Dog Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. ground beef
    4 lb. onions, chopped
    80 oz. catsup
    12 oz. tomato paste
    equal water to tomato paste
    3/4 small can chili powder
    1/3 bottle hot sauce
    4 Tbsp. vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In large pot, combine everything, except catsup.
    Boil until water is gone.
    Drain and discard grease.
    Add catsup and simmer about 30 minutes.
    Makes approximately 1 gallon.
