Dawn'S Focaccia Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 - 5 slices of flat bread or pita bread
    4 - 5 tsp. pesto sauce
    4-5 Tbsp. focaccia herb topping
    1 medium yellow onion - chopped fine
    1 green pepper - chopped fine
    4 tsp. fresh minced garlic
    1 large tomato - chopped fine
    1 pkg. grated cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. pimento cheese
    optional: prosciutto ham, chopped fine
Preparation
    Spread even coat of olive oil on each piece of bread. Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Combine all above ingredients in a bowl and mix.
    Spread a generous amount of topping on each piece of bread and bake in oven for 15 - 20 minutes.
