Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, cut up (can use breasts)
1 cup flour
2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 stick margarine
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. dried minced onion
Preparation

Mix flour, salt, pepper, paprika, thyme and onion.
Set aside. Melt margarine in a shallow baking pan in a 400 degree oven. Remove baking pan from oven.
Dip chicken pieces in buttermilk, then in flour mixture.
Place in buttered pan and turn to coat with butter.
Bake in 400 degree oven for 30 minutes.
Turn chicken. Bake another 30 minutes or until tender.
