Wanda'S Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. broth (chicken, beef or ham; saved)
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 clove crushed garlic
    2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
    1 c. meat (chicken, beef or ham)
    1 c. sliced carrot
    1 (8 oz.) can whole tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced okra
    1 c. of uncooked rice or 1/2 lb. egg noodles or 2 c. diced potatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook and dice meat.
    Save broth.
    Saute onions, celery, green peppers and garlic in olive or vegetable oil; add remaining ingredients.
    Add choice of rice, pasta or potato.
    Add salt and pepper.
