Mama'S Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk, room temperature
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 Tbsp. Crisco

Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients; then add the milk and egg.
Put in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
