Hot Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. soft butter
2 c. grated sharp New York Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. instant minced onion
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 1/4 c. flour
Preparation

Measure all ingredients except flour into a small bowl.
Beat until mixture is soft and well blended.
Add flour and mix to a stiff dough.
Measure by level tablespoonful.
Roll each measure of dough into a small ball, placed on ungreased cookie sheets.
Press down lightly with fork.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 10 to 15 minutes or just until very lightly browned.
Remove from oven and serve warm. Also very good reheated.
