Apple Cake Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 or more apples
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. butter
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation

Peel and slice apples into greased 10-inch pie pan.
Cover with 1/4 cup sugar.
Cream butter, 1/2 cup sugar and beaten egg.
Add dry ingredients; mix.
Spread over fruit.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
