Lemon Pudding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg yolks
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    1 tsp. lemon rind (optional)
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. sifted plain flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
    4 egg whites
Preparation
    Beat and mix well the egg yolks, lemon juice, rind and butter; set aside. Mix sugar, flour and salt. Measure milk. Whip egg whites. Add sugar mixture alternately with the milk. Fold into beaten egg whites. Pour into 8-inch square pan. Place this pan in a pan of water. Bake for 45 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven. Pudding will be in the bottom of pan. Turn over when served and
    top with Cool Whip.
