Ginger And Peach Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut in half
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced peaches in light syrup, drained (reserve syrup)
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. grated, fresh or 1/8 tsp. ground ginger root
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. (8 oz.) sliced water chestnuts, drained
    16 oz. pkg. frozen pea pods, thawed
    2 c. hot, cooked rice
Preparation
    Spray a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
    Over medium heat, cook chicken in skillet 8 to 10 minutes until browned and no longer pink, turning.
    Remove from skillet; keep warm.
