Punch Bowl Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yellow cake mix, baked as directed
    2 small boxes vanilla instant pudding, fixed as directed
    2 cans cherry pie filling
    1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 medium containers Cool Whip
    1 pkg. pecans
Preparation
    Crumble 1/3 of the cake into the bottom of a large bowl.
    Add a layer of pudding, then cherries, pineapple, Cool Whip and then top off with pecan pieces.
    Repeat the process again ending with Cool Whip and pecans.
