Catfish Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. catfish, cut up
    1 sliced onion
    bay leaf, parsley and thyme
    1 c. milk
    2 qt. cold water
    1 celery stalk, chopped
    salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter or fat
Preparation
    Place all ingredients into stew pan and put on slow fire. Stir occasionally and cook until fish is ready to fall to pieces. Serve hot.
