3/4 c. Wesson oil
3/4 c. apricot nectar
4 eggs
1 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and beat 2 to 4 minutes.
Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
Bake 50 to 60 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
