Ingredients

3/4 lb. butter
3 c. flour
1/2 c. honey
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. almond extract
2/3 c. blanched finely ground almonds
1 c. toffee chips
Preparation

Work first 6 ingredients together to form a smooth paste.
Add toffee chips.
Roll a spoonful of dough between the palms of hands. Flatten with bottom of glass or cookie press.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 25 minutes at 325\u00b0 until golden brown.
