Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 envelope onion soup mix
2 lb. potatoes, cubed (skin on)
1/3 c. oil

Preparation

Mix all together.
Bake in casserole dish at 450\u00b0 about 40 minutes.
Stir several times while cooking to coat potatoes.
