Flock Of Geese Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12.5-oz.) cans white meat chicken
1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
1 cup chopped pecans
1 celery ribs, chopped
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 Tbsp. tarragon or white wine vinegar
Preparation

In a large bowl combine the first 4 ingredients.
Set aside. In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, sour cream and vinegar; mix well.
Pour over chicken mixture.
Toss to coat.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
(Wonderful on croissant rolls.) Recipe can be cut in half.
