Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground steak
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 small bell pepper, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. oregano
    4 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 c. hot water
    1 tsp. red pepper
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown meat, onion, bell pepper and garlic in pot.
    (Drain grease if necessary.)
    Add rest of ingredients and bring to a boil.
    Lower heat and simmer for an hour, covered.
