Taco Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground chuck
1 small onion, chopped
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 large can tomatoes
1 large can tomato sauce
1 bag tortilla chips, crushed
1 can Campbell's nacho cheese soup
1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Cook ground chuck and onion in a large skillet. Add taco seasoning, tomatoes, tomato sauce and nacho cheese soup.
Let simmer for 10 minutes.
In casserole dish, add crushed chips. Pour hot mixture on top of chips. Stir well.
If too dry, add about 1 cup water or tomato juice. Top with cheese and microwave 5 minutes.
